What is your return policy?
Since all orders are unique, all sales are final. You must notify us within 3 business days of order delivery of any defects discovered in the purchased product. In order to receive an revised exchange, we may request that you return the entire product within 10 days (at your own expense) from the time when the ordered product delivery was received. We reserve the right to not accept for return any goods that have been used or altered in any way.
If we verify an error has been made on our part, we will reprint the order. No refunds or credits are provided in this situation. If an order is to be reprinted due to an error on your part (ie., approving proofs with spelling errors, etc), you will be charged for the reprint. A reduced or discounted price for the reprint may be offered. Review your digital proof carefully as we are not liable for errors in a final product due to misspelling, bleeds, grammar, punctuation, image orientation and size dimensions. We are not responsible for: files that are low quality, low resolution or not print -ready; or images printed as blurry, distorted or pixelated due to your supplied artwork. Please review our Art Requirements for more information. We are not liable for delays resulting from the reprint approval process. We will not make any changes to your artwork after approval. No refunds are provided for any reason after a proof has been approved and the order sent to print.
Artwork Liability
By submitting the artwork to RAWRembroidery, you certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. RAWRembroidery is not responsible for the loss or damage of your artwork. You agree not to upload any files consisting of the following: material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights. We will refuse any order that is perceived by RAWRembroidery to be an infringement on the rights of a third party. You accept full legal liability for the content of material processed and printed on your behalf and under your instructions. You agree to let us display your artwork and finished stickers on this website and distribute free samples. These will NOT be sold or given for the purposes of reselling.
Production Time
Production time begins the day after your full payment is received and proof is approved. This does not include weekends and public holidays. Production time does not include shipping transit time. Production time is an estimate; we are not responsible for expedited delivery costs on orders that do not go out by the shipping date. Please communicate with us if your order is in a rush. If we request further details with you and you do not respond back in a timely manner, it will delay production. We are not responsible for reminding you.
Shipping
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather; nor any damages resulting from the failure to receive an order on time. Our responsibility is limited to preparing your order and delivering it for shipping. We are not liable for damages that occur in shipping. Any period or date for delivery of goods or provision of services is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. Additional shipping and handling charges will be assessed for packages that have to be reshipped due to any errors you make in submitting the proper shipping address.
